The Nord Electro 7 61 is a 61-key stage keyboard that brings together an organ based on the Nord Organ 3 engine, a piano section and a synth, on a semi-weighted waterfall keyboard. At 8.3 kg, it is the lightest of the three Electro 7 models.

61, 73 or HP: choosing your Electro 7
All three Electro 7 models share the sound sections described above. The 61 covers five octaves, from C to C, and weighs 8.3 kg. The 73 adds an octave, from E to E, on the same semi-weighted waterfall keyboard, for 9.5 kg. The HP keeps 73 keys, but with a weighted Triple Sensor Kawai Hammer Action Portable keybed, for 13 kg. One detail matters when choosing: Nord reserves the pitch stick and modulation wheel for the 73 and HP versions. The 61 is therefore the choice of the organist who travels light; players who take a lot of synth solos should look at the 73.
Pedals and accessories
